OUR STORIES

I've always been drawn to bakeries since I was young; I love the smell of freshly baked breads and cakes. After attending some baking classes on bread, pies, and macarons, I'm now a self-taught baker. 

I've tried everything from cookies, scones, brownies, cupcakes, and cake variations like pound cakes and chiffons. I hope to develop and master all chiffon flavours! Maybe I'll pursue a Diploma in Pastry and Baking eventually.

I started off my love of baking when I was studying abroad in Sweden a few years ago. I first got to learn of a russian brownie recipe that was made with a microwave - it was delicious and tasted much better than any brownie I've tasted anywhere.

This kickstarted my journey of experimenting with recipes and coming up with the ultimate brownie, now available at Freshly Baked.
